What you’ll do:

• Design and build new features in collaboration with global teams and business stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality, hands‑on code across the full stack
• Contribute to architecture decisions and best practices in distributed systems
• Mentor and support junior developers while driving technical excellence
• Investigate and resolve production issues in a live trading environment

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in Java, REST APIs, SQL, Linux, and messaging systems (JMS/MQ)
• Hands‑on experience with modern SDLC tools (Git, Jenkins, Jira, Maven) and Agile practices
• Ability to design scalable solutions and work confidently across front‑end and back‑end when needed
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Bonus: cloud experience (GCP/OpenShift) and familiarity with investment banking products/workflows
