Job summary

RWE Design Build in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare construction from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll coordinate clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors while ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, a strong grasp of drawing interpretation, and proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously with schedules and budgets.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead planning, procurement, and execution activities.
• Review drawings, specs, and contracts for accuracy.
• Identify risks early and develop practical solutions.
• Monitor budgets, change orders, and financial performance.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, design-build, or general contracting.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
