You will coordinate with customers, manufacturing, and field teams in West Deptford, NJ, and support continuous improvement across projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of project management in construction, strong AutoCAD and Salesforce familiarity, and the ability to read drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience (construction or related industry).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Knowledge of Door Hardware systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:
McGrory Glass is seeking a Project Manager to oversee fire-rated and security glazing projects from award through closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with customers, internal teams, and field personnel.
