Job summary

McGrory Glass is seeking a Project Manager to oversee fire-rated glazing and storefront systems from award through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with top quality. You will coordinate with customers, manufacturing, and field teams in West Deptford, NJ, and support continuous improvement across projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of project management in construction, strong AutoCAD and Salesforce familiarity, and the ability to read drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience (construction or related industry).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Knowledge of Door Hardware systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from kickoff through completion.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, production, and field teams.
• Track schedules, budgets, and project progress.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with fire-rated and security system requirements.
• Communicate with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain project data in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
