Job summary

LVI Associates in Baltimore seeks a Project Manager to lead custom glazing and architectural glass projects from pre-construction through installation. You will coordinate with architects, clients, and field teams to deliver complex façades, curtain walls, storefronts, and metal systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in glazing or architectural glass, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and hands-on experience with Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within the glazing, façade, curtain wall, or architectural glass industry.
• Experience managing custom glazing projects from pre-construction through installation.
• Strong understanding of: Unitized Curtain Wall, Stick-Built Curtain Wall, Storefront Systems, Window Wall Systems, Entrances & Doors, Architectural Metals, Glass and Glazing Systems.
• Experience reviewing shop drawings and coordinating with detailing and engineering teams.
• Knowledge of fabrication, installation sequencing, and field operations.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage custom glazing projects from contract award through project closeout.
• Review project drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and contract documents.
• Coordinate fabrication, procurement, scheduling, and field installation activities.
• Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control processes.
• Work closely with architects, consultants, general contractors, and ownership groups.
• Track project budgets, costs, forecasting, billing, and profitability.
• Coordinate material procurement for glass, aluminum systems, architectural metals, and specialty components.
• Support field teams and Superintendents to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage project closeout, punch lists, warranty documentation, and final turnover.

A leading specialty glazing contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team in the Baltimore market. The company delivers complex architectural glass and façade projects throughout the region and is known for its ability to execute highly customized glazing packages from pre-construction through installation.
