Job summary

Konik is seeking a Project Manager – Commercial Glazing to lead glazing projects from award to closeout. You will balance field presence with office duties, coordinate installers and internal teams, and maintain strong client communications with general contractors and architects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction PM experience on projects over $1M, understands curtain wall systems, and can review drawings and specs. AutoCAD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with curtain wall, window wall, or façade systems.
• 5+ years of construction project management on projects over $1M.
• Strong understanding of general construction processes and project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and leadership when working with installers, contractors, and clients.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial glazing projects from award through completion, ensuring alignment with project schedule, budget, and quality expectations
• Coordinate installers, materials, equipment, and internal teams to support efficient project execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, architects, and project stakeholders
• Review project estimates, drawings, and specifications during turnover and throughout project execution
• Monitor field progress, safety, installation quality, and schedule adherence across job sites
• Coordinate with internal teams including estimating, CAD, fabrication, and field supervision to ensure successful project delivery
