The Project Manager facilitates the execution of project/program solution plan for clearly defined sub-projects or sub-programs.This rolerequires the coordination and delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects considered small to medium in complexity with financial impact between $100K and $2.5M.

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Have fiscal responsibility for all project facets, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Be responsible for delivery of results for the respective process steps.
• Guide technical or administrative staff.
• Act as a functional process resource on projects or programs
• Contribute to continuous improvement plan.
• Perform active role in maintaining functionally focused client relationships.
• Be responsible for several small projects.
• Review project specifications, drawings and project-specific documents to establish project intent.
• Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team. Identify time-sensitive installation needs.
• Manage the requisition of supplies and materials to complete projects.
• Review plans and specifications andparticipatein project cost reviews.
• Assist Operations Manager in the solicitation and contracting of subcontractors.
• Conduct an orientation for project technicians and provide project documentation, including scope of work, drawings, applicable specifications, application-engineered drawings, project contacts, etc.
• Track resources andprojectsprogress.
• Document project events thatimpactthe schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency.
• Pursue project-specific change-order opportunities.
• Coordinate and pursue project-specific billing; coordinate withAccountingteam and Operations Manager.
• Schedule project-specific commissioning resources andprovidescommissioning documentation.
• Expedite the return of project-specific mark-ups for as-built development.
• Complete project-specific close-out documentation.
• Effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors to meet scope, scheduling, and financial requirements.
• Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures; report unsafe conditions and actions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers onsite
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project or related project management/computer software system
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• 6+ Months Experience Managing Projects or related for Associate Project Manager Level and 1+ years of Experience Managing Projects for Project Manager Level
• Must be 21 years of age andpossessa valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements toparticipatein Siemens' fleet vehicle program
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree
• Technical experience in the commercial fire and life safety industry
• NICET Level II or higher certification in Fire Alarm Systems
• Knowledgeable of local and national (NFPA) fire alarm codes and regulations
