You will manage projects that bring together workforce planning, client readiness, and knowledge management activities so teams have the guidance, resources, and information they need to execute with confidence. This role is important because clear planning and reliable information help tax offices deliver a consistent client experience. You will work with business partners and leaders to identify needs, remove barriers, and turn feedback into practical solutions that support successful implementation. This position may support a variety of projects throughout the year based on business priorities, seasonal needs, and readiness efforts.

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
