You will manage projects that strengthen performance reporting, dashboard development, portfolio visibility, and readiness for initiatives supporting H&R Block tax offices. Working across operations, finance, analytics, product, and field leadership, you will align reporting needs, clarify measures, and deliver accurate, actionable information. Your work will help teams identify risks, understand performance, and continuously improve how we support our associates and clients.
