Job summary

Morisey-Dart Group seeks a Construction Project Manager with strong DoD and USACE experience to lead CONUS military vertical construction projects on a 100% onsite DoD program. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate, and the role demands a safety-driven, high-performance mindset.

The position requires 5+ years in federal DoD project management, proficiency with RMS, Procore and Primavera P6, and a track record managing projects in the $35M to $80M range.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager for Federal DoD builds.
• Direct USACE project experience preferred.
• Vertical construction expertise for DoD projects.
• Experience with SCIF work.
• Managed projects valued $35M to $80M.
• Proficient in RMS, Procore, and Primavera P6.

Location: Colorado Springs, CO (Onsite), OR Rapid City SD 2 Positions - available due to Internal promotions

100% Employee-Owned Federal GC seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with strong DoD and USACE experience. Leading large-scale CONUS military DoD, projects in a safety-driven, high-performance environment, with an exceptional team and leadership. Must Have:

• 5+ years as a Project Manager w/ complex Federal DoD builds
• Direct USACE (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) project experience preferred
• Vertical construction expertise as these are not Civil or Environmental projects
• Experience with projects that include SCIF work
• Managed projects $35M to $80M
• Proficiency with RMS, Procore, Primavera P6
