LeoForce is seeking a Mid-Level GC Project Manager for federal, institutional, and public works contracts in Stockton, CA. You will oversee full project lifecycles, including budgeting, scheduling, FAR compliance, subcontractor buyout, and owner relations.

Candidates should have 5+ years as a commercial or public works PM, strong familiarity with public agency protocols, and ideally design-build experience.
