Job summary

Jobot, a fast-growing federal general contractor, seeks a Project Manager to lead complex healthcare and mission-critical construction projects in Colorado Springs. You’ll own projects from award through closeout, with direct access to leadership and a clear path toward Project Executive.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial or federal construction, healthcare experience, and proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or federal construction experience.
• Experience with healthcare, mission-critical, or occupied facilities.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and building systems.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree preferred.
• Federal construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and change orders.
• Own CPM schedules, milestones, look-aheads, and recovery plans.
• Manage owners, subcontractors, contracts, and procurement.
