Job summary

All Things Commercial, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a focus on commercial facilities maintenance to oversee projects from planning through completion in the Greater Houston area. You will coordinate field teams, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and customer expectations to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial facilities maintenance.
• Strong understanding of commercial building systems and maintenance processes.
• Experience coordinating field technicians and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new PM/work-order software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial facilities maintenance and repair projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and priorities.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, materials, equipment, and site access.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and quality of work.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding project status, scheduling, delays, and changes.

This individual will be responsible for coordinating field teams, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and customer expectations while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They should understand commercial building systems and be able to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial facilities maintenance and repair projects from initiation through completion.Review project scopes, work orders, estimates, and customer requirements.Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and priorities.Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, materials, equipment, and site access.Monitor project progress, quality of work, labor, materials, and overall costs.Conduct site visits to assess progress, address issues, and ensure work meets company and customer expectations.Communicate regularly with customers regarding project status, scheduling, delays, and changes.Identify potential problems and resolve scheduling, labor, material, and field-related issues promptly.Review project documentation, photos, estimates, change orders, invoices, and closeout paperwork for accuracy.Ensure work is performed in accordance with safety requirements, project specifications, and applicable standards.Coordinate with Account Managers, Facilities Coordinators, technicians, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.Assist with estimating, budgeting, purchasing, and tracking project profitability when needed.Ensure projects are completed properly and that all required documentation is submitted at closeout.Utilize service management and work-order platforms, such as Kickserv, Service Channel, Corrigo, or similar software, to track project progress, manage work orders, coordinate schedules, maintain documentation, and ensure timely updates and completion.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications3+ years of project management experience in commercial facilities maintenance, repairs, or related field.Strong understanding of commercial building systems, repairs, and maintenance processes.Experience coordinating field technicians, subcontractors, and multiple projects simultaneously.Experience using facilities management, work-order, or service management software such as Kickserv, Service Channel, Corrigo, or similar platforms.Ability to navigate software systems to manage work orders, project status, scheduling, documentation, estimates, invoices, and customer updates.Ability to read and understand scopes of work, estimates, and project specifications.Strong organizational, scheduling, problem-solving, and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn additional project management and work-order software.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to travel to project sites throughout the Greater Houston area and occasionally elsewhere in Texas.Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.Preferred QualificationsExperience with commercial restaurants, retail, or multi-site facilities.Experience managing projects involving plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, concrete, or general building repairs.Experience with project estimating, budgeting, change orders, and cost tracking.Familiarity with work-order management systems or ERP software.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.What We OfferFull-time employment with a growing commercial facilities maintenance company.Opportunity to work on a variety of commercial maintenance and repair projects.Supportive team environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive compensation based on experience.How to ApplyPlease apply through our career page or send your resume to [e-mail] Things Commercial, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.E04JI8006bcs409dbdo
