Job summary

All Things Commercial, LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial facilities maintenance projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate field teams, subcontractors, materials, and schedules while ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and communicates effectively with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams across Greater Houston and Texas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial facilities maintenance or related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial building systems, repairs, and maintenance processes.
• Experience coordinating field technicians, subcontractors, and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial facilities maintenance and repair projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and priorities.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, materials, equipment, and site access.
• Monitor progress, quality, labor, materials, and overall costs.
• Communicate with customers regarding status, delays, and changes.
