Job summary

Lane Valente Industries is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to join our Energy Services team. The role covers the full lifecycle of commercial EV charging, electrical, and energy infrastructure projects, including management, proposals, permitting, utilities, service operations, and billing.

The candidate should own their work, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams while adopting LVI processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management or related environment.
• Experience with permitting, utility coordination, or electrical construction preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple EV charging, electrical, and energy infrastructure projects from initial request through execution, billing, and closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, field technicians, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, materials, equipment, and other deliverables.
• Take ownership of permitting and utility coordination for EV charging and energy projects, including AHJ communication and inspections.
• Develop scopes of work, pricing, and professional customer proposals for EV charging and energy projects.
• Manage service calls by coordinating technicians, tracking open work orders, and driving issues toward resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, client portals, work-order systems, and schedules.
• Identify project risks and opportunities and work with stakeholders toward solutions.
• Support invoicing and project/financial closeout.
