Lane Valente Industries is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to join our Energy Services team. This role covers the full lifecycle of commercial EV charging, electrical, and energy infrastructure projects, including management, proposals, permitting, utility coordination, service operations, client relations, and billing.

The ideal candidate can take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and learn LVI's processes while working independently with limited supervision.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project management, construction coordination, electrical contracting, or related environments.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• Experience developing customer quotes, scopes of work, estimates, or proposals.
• Experience with permitting, utility coordination, electrical construction, or construction administration is preferred.
• Experience in EV charging, electrical, or energy infrastructure is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple EV charging, electrical, and energy infrastructure projects from inquiry to closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, field technicians, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, materials, and equipment.
• Take ownership of permitting and utility coordination for EV charging and energy projects.
• Develop scopes of work, pricing, and proposals for EV charging and energy-related projects for management review.
• Manage service calls, track work orders, and drive issues toward resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, client portals, and internal tracking.
• Identify risks and opportunities and coordinate with stakeholders toward solutions.
• Assist with invoicing and project/financial closeout.
