Job summary

Lane Valente Industries is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our Energy Services team. This full-time, in-office role manages EV charging, electrical, and energy infrastructure projects from start to finish across the United States.

You will coordinate schedules, resources, and client communications while taking ownership of permitting and utility coordination and developing scopes of work and proposals for management approval. EV energy project experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction, electrical, or energy infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities independently.
• Experience creating quotes, scopes of work, estimates, or proposals.
• Familiarity with permitting, utility coordination, and electrical construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage EV charging, electrical, and energy infrastructure projects from inquiry to closeout.
• Coordinate schedules, field technicians, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and materials.
• Oversee permitting and utility coordination including AHJ communication and inspections.
• Develop scopes of work, pricing, and proposals for management review.
• Manage service calls, track SLAs, and drive issues toward resolution.
• Communicate project status to clients and stakeholders with professional updates.
• Maintain project documentation, client portals, and internal tracking systems.
• Identify risks, delays, and gaps, and work toward solutions with stakeholders.
• Support invoicing, billing milestones, and financial closeout.
