Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Kingwood, TX is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold, and disasters. Develop client relationships, manage projects with an on-site Superintendent, and coordinate with contractors to deliver results.

The role requires restoration and construction experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel. Local Houston area position with a salary range of $75,000–$85,000 plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration and construction.
• Experience with Xactimate.
• Disaster mitigation estimating experience.
• Ability to pay attention to details.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to travel locally.
• Willing to travel out of town.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement the Company’s Project Quality Planning and Control process.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as required.
• Initiate and maintain liaison with clients and contacts to facilitate successful project execution.
• Communicate updates and coordinate effectively with customers and insurance representatives throughout the project.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Monitor/control construction through on-site supervision to ensure on schedule and within budget.
• Evaluate construction progress and team performance to ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts reporting.
• Travel locally, within and outside the state as needed.
