The role combines estimating duties with hands-on project leadership, mentoring engineers and coordinating with subs and owners. • Experience leading projects in infrastructure, utilities, JOC, and site development.
• Ability to mentor Project Engineers and Estimators.
• Strong risk analysis and cost management skills.
• Proven track record in coordinating with subs and owners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit estimates in line with contract documents.
• Attend project meetings and track cost, schedule, and safety.
• Mentor and supervise engineering staff and estimators.
• Prepare pay applications and project closeout documents.
• RFI management and change order processing.
