KRB Development is seeking a Senior Estimator / Project Manager — Business Development to join our Phoenix team. This role demands a strong Phoenix-market network, a proven ability to win work, and full ownership of projects from pre‑construction through closeout.

We offer a lucrative compensation package with a substantial uncapped commission alongside a base salary. This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with immediate start and significant earning potential for the right candidate.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in commercial construction — estimating, project management, or both.
Established network in the Phoenix / Maricopa County market.
Proven track record of developing client relationships and winning work.
Proficiency with construction estimating and PM software — JobTread strongly preferred.
Ability to read full construction document sets and manage multi‑trade scopes.
Strong written and verbal communication — you'll interface direct.
Self-directed, organized, and accountable — this role owns its desk.

Responsabilités

Business Development: leverage your Phoenix-market network to generate new project opportunities.
Represent KRB at industry events, pre‑bid walks, and client meetings.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with repeat clients and referrals.
Collaborate with ownership on pipeline strategy and target markets.
