Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction — estimating, project management, or both.
• Established network in the Phoenix / Maricopa County market.
• Proven track record of developing client relationships and winning work.
• Proficiency with construction estimating and PM software — JobTread strongly preferred.
• Ability to read full construction document sets and manage multi‑trade scopes.
• Strong written and verbal communication — you'll interface direct.
• Self-directed, organized, and accountable — this role owns its desk.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: leverage your Phoenix-market network to generate new project opportunities.
• Represent KRB at industry events, pre‑bid walks, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with repeat clients and referrals.
• Collaborate with ownership on pipeline strategy and target markets.
