Qualifications

• Experience with highway, roadway, and bridge projects.
• Experience with utilities and site infrastructure.
• Experience with JOC projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project estimation efforts, analyze plans and specs, and submit bids.
• Coordinate with subs and vendors for quotes and schedules.
• Mentor project engineers and assistants; manage pay apps and change orders.
• Oversee project cost tracking and forecasting and ensure safety and quality.
