Job summary

Optimal Construction Services seeks a PEMB Estimating/Project Manager with a proven track record in pre-engineered metal building construction. You will coordinate with Project Coordinators, Project Administrators, and other Project Managers to deliver on schedule and budget.

Requirements include PEMB Estimating and PEMB Project Management experience (2 years each) and a degree in Construction Management, Drafting, Construction Engineering or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of PEMB estimating experience.
• 2+ years of PEMB project management experience.
