Job summary

Optimal Construction Services in St. Charles, IL is seeking a full-time PEMB Project Manager/Estimator to join our team and drive scope, budget, and schedule for pre-engineered metal building projects.

Successful applicants will have 2 years of PEMB estimating and project management experience, and a Construction Management, Drafting, or Construction Engineering degree. This is an in-person role requiring travel across Chicagoland.

Qualifications

• 2 years of PEMB Estimating and 2 years PEMB Project Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Drafting, Construction Engineering or equivalent.
• In-person role based in St. Charles, IL with travel throughout Chicagoland.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with a team of Project Coordinators, Project Administrators and other Project Managers.
• Lead PEMB estimating efforts and collaborate on project scopes and budgets.
• Ensure project milestones are met and communicate status to stakeholders.
