Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Estimator / Project Manager to join our experienced team. As an Estimator / Project Manager, you will play a key role in both the pre‑construction and execution phases, taking ownership of estimates, bid preparation, project coordination, and overall performance. The ideal Estimator / Project Manager will have a background in general construction and be confident handling concrete, with the ability to balance detailed estimates and boots‑on‑the‑ground project management.

Key Responsibilities for the Estimator / Project Manager Role

• Prepare material quotes, pricing, and complete bid documents
• Coordinate scopes of work to ensure thorough and competitive bids
• Conduct site visits and attend pre‑bid, pre‑construction, and progress meetings
• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules
• Manage job costs, monitor productivity, and maintain profitability
• Submit and track change order requests
• Review quantities and billing for accuracy
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to align project execution with estimates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator / Project Manager in general construction, concrete, and PEMB work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistent results
