Job summary

Walbridge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale equipment installations for commercial manufacturing clients across automotive, metals, and industrial facilities. The role involves steering self-perform industrial projects from contract award through close-out, including budget planning and team assembly.

Travel to client sites is expected at 70%+ You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor safety programs, and ensure compliance with design, budget, and schedules

Qualifications

• 7+ years manufacturing process equipment installation experience.
• 3+ years of management experience specific to equipment installation.
• Experience managing self-perform industrial projects ranging from at least $1MM.
• Willingness and ability to travel; US driver’s license and passport required; travel estimated at 70%.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage scope changes, scheduling, procurement, construction oversight, safety, and progress monitoring.
• Track progress with metrics and adjust plans to meet requirements.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve outcomes with new technologies.
• Oversee construction to maintain design, budget, and schedule compliance.
