Job summary

RECON is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee earthwork, cap closure, and environmental remediation projects. You will lead field crews, ensure safety protocols, and manage scope, schedule, and budgets across Western region sites.

The role requires a deep understanding of project controls, cost forecasting, and client relationships to drive on-time, on-budget delivery while fostering repeat business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing earthwork construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Proven leadership with budget control and scheduling oversight.
• Willingness to travel to project sites daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project execution from planning to closeout.
• Lead field crews and heavy equipment operations with a focus on safety.
• Ensure compliance with contractual scope, costs, and schedule.
• Prepare and track invoices, manage subcontractor coordination and procurement.
• Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and services.
