Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Lead professional and technical staff on complex environmental projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field personnel.
• Interpret data, conduct analyses, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage invoicing and cash flow.
• Communicate technical recommendations to clients and agencies.
• Develop site models and apply knowledge of CERCLA and RCRA.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, earth sciences, or related field.
• Client management experience.
• 8+ years in environmental consulting.
• 4+ years on federal projects.
• Strong communication, teamwork, influencing skills.
• Ability to suggest process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA Hazwoper Training, OSHA 30-hour construction training.
• Experience with Federal agency staff.
• Proposal, estimate, and schedule experience.
• Professional licensure (PE, PG, PMP, CHMM).
• Pre-employment drug screening, background check, references.

Physical Requirements

Must maneuver work sites, see, hear, communicate, and work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift 35+ pounds, and use PPE as needed. The role involves both office and outdoor site work, including assessments in confined spaces and exposure to elements and chemicals.
