Serves as key contributor in leading organizational change and effectiveness. Leads workforce transformation and employee development. Designs and implements learning strategies, supports, and facilitates initiatives that enhance employee engagement, leadership capability, and institutional performance. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree preferably in HR, organizational development, business administration, education, psychology, or a related field. Five (5) years of experience in Human Resources, organizational development, learning and development, change management, or related areas. Experience developing and delivering employee training and leadership development programs. Experience supporting organizational change initiatives, process improvements, and HR technology adoption. Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform or LMS.
Master's degree in HR, organizational Development, Business Administration, Higher Education, or a related field. HR or change management certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or PMP). Experience in higher education or a complex organizational environment. Experience with organizational assessments, and leadership development programs.
Knowledge of organizational development, change management, and workforce transformation principles. Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and employee development practices. Knowledge of HR practices, talent management, and performance development strategies. Knowledge of HR technology systems, including HCM, ER, and LMS. Skilled in designing and delivering training, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness programs. Skilled in project management, data analysis, process improvement, and developing actionable recommendations. Skilled in facilitating meetings, workshops, and changing initiatives while building relationships with stakeholders. Ability to influence change, communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and support organizational goals in a collaborative environment.
