Job summary

Arete Incident Response is seeking a proactive Project Manager to support scoping calls, manage contracts and amendments, and activate projects with precise Mavenlink data. You will coordinate with clients, counsel, and internal teams, ensuring timely updates and accurate timekeeping, budgeting, and invoicing.

The role includes a weekly on-call shift to support Arete 911 service. The ideal candidate has an associate or bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of project management experience in

• Associate's Degree and 4+ years of experience managing projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment or Bachelor's Degree.
• Fluent in English, reading and writing.
• Must have flexibility with work hours to accommodate “on-call” shifts.

Responsibilities

• Attend and document scoping calls; facilitate delivery/receipt of contracts and amendments.
• Create and activate projects; allocate Master Planning hours in Mavenlink.
• Ensure accurate project data in Mavenlink and perform regular data audits.
• Coordinate updates with the CCC and record notes for client/counsel calls.
• Work an on-call shift weekly to cover Arete 911 service.
