Summary:
Manages and directs projects from start-up to close-out. Ensures adherence to contract documents including plans, specifications, permits, technical elements, scheduling activities, and estimates. Coordinates project scheduling and communication. Manages data and material resources throughout the project to meet scope, cost, time, quality, and participant satisfaction objectives.
This position is safety sensitive and requires full, unimpaired skills and judgment to ensure safety and health of all involved.

Responsible for:
Provides leadership, sets standards, and responds promptly to team needs and client issues. Offers value engineering and technical input to satisfy client needs. Ensures installations are neat, workmanlike, and code-compliant. Supervises training of field employees for specialized systems or techniques.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Direct supervision of Project Coordinator, Superintendent, Supervisor, and Foreman.
