Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000/year + Bonus Potential

What You’ll Do
• Lead and Inspire: Direct field crews, foremen, and subcontractors to deliver safe, high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Own the Process: Manage project schedules, budgets, billings (AIA), and documentation from start to closeout using tools like Procore.
• Be the Connector: Serve as the go-to liaison between clients, general contractors, subs, vendors, and internal teams.
• Stay on the Ground: Conduct routine site visits to resolve issues, maintain safety standards, and support the team.
• Drive Results: Review job costs, approve timecards, coordinate manpower, and ensure timely procurement and reporting.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with Operations, Accounting, and Purchasing to ensure seamless project delivery.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or 5–10 years of hands-on electrical project management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC, NFPA70E, contracts, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, project software (Procore preferred), and estimating tools.
• Leadership presence with a knack for problem-solving, team-building, and client communication.
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel as needed.

• Experience with BIM, Trimble
• Estimating background and PLC familiarity

Additional Requirements
• Travel to in-state and out-of-state job sites as required
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs during site inspections
• Must pass a background check, drug/alcohol screening, and physical
