Jobot in the Chicago area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects from inception to completion.

You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, and budget while upholding our safety and quality standards. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $150,000 per year, with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Proven PM experience in civil construction.
• Knowledge of scheduling and PM software such as HCSS.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain timelines and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and change orders.
• Track project financials, including budgets and forecasting.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive team environment and mentor junior staff members.

A top Earthwork Contractor in Chicago, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with our clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and project management software (e.g., HCSS)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
