The position partners with owners, engineers, and municipalities to address scope, permitting, and design issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent field experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in earthwork, excavation, or heavy civil construction.
  • Proficiency with Agtek and project estimation tools.
  • OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of earthwork and site development projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Lead estimating efforts using Agtek and other tools to prepare takeoffs, bids, and cost models.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial reporting for successful delivery.
  • Oversee field operations, subcontractor coordination, and equipment management on large-scale projects.
  • Collaborate with owners, engineers, and municipalities on scope, permitting, and design issues.
  • Prepare and process RFIs, change orders, pay applications, and progress reports.
  • Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff and project engineers.

Experience with Agtek or similar earthwork takeoff/estimation software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead estimating efforts using Agtek and other tools to prepare accurate takeoffs, bids, and cost models.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial reporting to ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee field operations, subcontractor coordination, and equipment management on large-scale projects.
  • Collaborate with owners, engineers, and municipalities to address scope, permitting, and design issues.
