gpac is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead sitework, excavation, and underground utility projects. The role oversees work from preconstruction through completion, coordinating with field leadership, subcontractors, and clients to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in heavy civil project management, strong reading of civil drawings and specs, and proven leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience in sitework, excavation, or utilities.
  • Strong understanding of earthwork, grading, storm, sewer, and water systems.
  • Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors.
  • Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Construction management software experience preferred.

Our client is a well-established construction contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in sitework, excavation, and underground utilities. This role will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion and is ideal for someone who understands heavy civil scopes and thrives in fast-paced field-driven environments.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering sitework and utility projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. This individual will work closely with field leadership, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful execution.
