Job summary

Community College of Baltimore County is seeking an administrative professional to manage the EARN Grant across CCBC campuses. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with experience in grant management and program administration, plus strong budget and project management skills.

Administrative support and customer service are valued traits. The position is based on Catonsville and Essex campuses, with part-time benefits and opportunities to engage with campus programs and stakeholders.

  • Prepare, analyze and provide reports.
  • Manage program expenses efficiently and economically.
  • Identify, access and analyze program data in the college's enterprise system.
  • Provide superior customer service and problem-solving to both students and clients.

Class Description

The purpose of this position is to provide administrativemanagement for the EARN Grant.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience in grant management,program administration, budget management, project management orother related field required. Administrative support and customerservice experience preferred.

This position is located on the Catonsville and Essexcampuses

Adjunct Faculty, PartTime Associates and Full Time employees are eligible to save forretirement using the Roth 403(b) savings feature.
