Community College of Baltimore County is seeking a part-time administrative support staff member to provide professional level support within an assigned department. Responsibilities include supporting students and faculty, planning meetings and events, and managing data in college systems.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (or an associate degree) with related office experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to type 30 wpm.
The purpose of this class is to provide professional leveladministrative support services to assigned department orprogram.
High school diploma/GED and five years related office experience orassociate’s degree and three years related office experience;knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications; mustcomplete and pass Microsoft testing modules which includes Word andExcel and demonstrate the ability to type 30 wpm. (Candidates withproof of current Microsoft Office Expert Specialist Certificationdo not need to test.)
