Burford's Construction is seeking a Project Manager to ensure quality workmanship and on-time project delivery. You will supervise progress, optimize resources, and manage budgets to maximize ROI while meeting client expectations.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, leadership, and a client-focused mindset. You will coordinate with management and client teams, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive schedules across multiple projects.

Position Summary:Assures quality workmanship and on time delivery to the client for all projects assigned. Responsibility includes the efficient utilization of Burford's Construction resources to enhance the return on investment of these resources. The PM does not have the authority to hire or terminate employees. Generally, hiring, termination, and reprimanding of employees will be the responsibility of the management teams.

The incumbent’s primary responsibility is to accomplish the assigned task within the parameters of quality and acceptable time frames which are acceptable to the client and the company.

Essential Functions:

This position is subject to supervision of progress and results. Among the incumbent’s major responsibilities are the following:

• The incumbent will adhere to and be a strong advocate for Burford's Construction Core Values to both Burford's Construction employees and our client(s).

• Be well versed in the basic tenants of line construction and maintenance.
• Be held accountable for maintaining confidentiality regarding highly sensitive and proprietary information.

• 5+years of experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in Project Management, Business, or other related field is a plus.
