Job summary

Basnight & Sons, a subsidiary of The Steel Network, Inc., is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Division 8 and Division 10 projects from award through closeout. The role focuses on reviewing drawings and coordinating detailing, procurement, and documentation to maintain schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of Division 8/10 project management experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial doors, frames, hardware, and related processes
• Experience reading construction drawings, specs, schedules, and contract documents
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, ownership, and responsiveness
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
• Experience with Comsense or Pro-Tech is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead Division 8 and Division 10 projects from award through final closeout
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract requirements
• Coordinate detailing, submittals, procurement, material delivery, and project documentation
• Track schedules, long-lead items, budgets, change orders, and milestones
• Identify risks early and resolve scope or schedule issues; keep stakeholders informed
• Build strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, suppliers, and internal partners
