• Experience in defining project scope, managing engagement economics, and collaborating with senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope based on business and resource requirements for a single LOB.
• Review key project deliverables for alignment with client expectations and SLAs; guide technical leads.
• Create weekly and monthly MIS reports to track operational, quality, and fulfilment parameters.
• Escalate deviations from project charter and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance.
• Undertake resource planning and allocation; manage attrition and performance outcomes.
• Conduct performance appraisals and mentor team members on professional growth.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; integrate quality planning with QA teams.
• Create project estimates aligned with scope, approach, milestones, and change requests.
• Assist in preparing proposals and estimates for upcoming engagements within one LOB.
• Collaborate with technical teams and client Directors for sprint planning and project updates.
• Coordinate cadence with Workforce Management and QA to ensure resource fulfilment and quality.
