Program Governance: Develop and implement program management for transformation programs.
Scope, Schedule, and Configuration Management: Establish governance across multiple projects; monitor timelines, budgets, quality.
Resource/Team Management: Supervise project teams; manage capacity planning and performance oversight.
Quality & Risk Management: Establish risk tracking, mitigation plans, and stakeholder engagement.
Business transformation: Deliver complex technology programs to enable business goals.
Program Change Management: Facilitate impact analysis and update change documentation.
Stakeholder Management: Report progress to CIOs, VPs, Directors, and senior stakeholders.
Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry research and internal publications.
