Job Title: Project Manager Development

General Role Description
Lead and manage a matrix team to complete project execution within a typical cycle of 1 to 2 years.
Role Accountabilities
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful development project execution aligned with company objectives.
- Establish and meet project commitments.
- Recommend and implement risk assessment and mitigation plans to stay within budgets and targets.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal clients regarding ongoing projects.
- Identify, resolve, and communicate issues, escalating as necessary.
- Analyze and report on technology unit data to management.
- Provide updates on project performance, business processes, market trends, and client issues.
- Identify opportunities and recommend improvements for new developments, products, and services to support business growth.
- Initiate and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain records of project communications, specifications, timelines, and dependent projects.
- Collaborate with Finance to track and analyze projects from inception to post-implementation.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, finance, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of project, engineering, or technical leadership in a technical environment.
- Financial acumen for sound decision-making.
- Proven ability to build successful relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal contacts.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Continuous improvement in responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%, often on short notice.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading matrix teams.
- Knowledge of Oracle, Oracle BI tools, including Discoverer Admin, and CRM.
- PMI PMP Certification.
- Experience managing research and development projects.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables, graphs, and VBA.
