Job summary

ARCO in Omaha, NE is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead design/build initiatives. You will manage estimating, scheduling, cost reporting, and quality control, while coordinating with owners and the design team to develop concepts and value-engineer solutions.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or Construction Management, 2–5 years of design/build experience with a general contractor, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 2-5 years of proven design/build experience with a general contractor.
• Estimation experience required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating, scheduling, quality control and progress reports.
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates.
• Coordinate with owners and design team on preliminary concepts.
• Participate in owner meetings to review scope and value engineer.
• Oversee buyout and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings.
• Improve processes to meet client expectations.
• Act with integrity and represent company values.
• Mentor or supervise other Project Managers.
