Job summary

LeoForce in Shawnee, KS, seeks a Project Manager to lead design-build construction projects from concept through completion. You will manage the project schedule, budget, and team, coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and cost control.

The role requires a Bachelor's in construction or civil engineering, plus 5+ years' PM experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. This is a full-time on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects with a strong understanding of the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing the work progress on a daily basis and conducting regular site inspections.
• Preparing internal and external reports pertaining to job status, and presenting them to stakeholders.
• Negotiating terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
• Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Analyzing, managing, and mitigating risks, and implementing quality control programs.
• Leading and managing the project team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and optimizes team performance.
