Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or program coordination.
• Experience with cross-functional projects involving schedules, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration across functions and organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned engine material management contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for program performance, issue resolution, and strategic account management.
• Lead customer business reviews and performance meetings, presenting operational, financial, and technical results.
• Coordinate with material planning, procurement, repairs, logistics, operations, and product line teams to support material readiness and delivery commitments.
• Track and report program financial performance, including revenue, profitability, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact customer satisfaction, contract performance, or financial results.
• Drive timely resolution of customer concerns and coordinate corrective actions across internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, customer experience, and program profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to support long‑term business success.
