Job summary

Martin Concrete Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Critical Projects Group in Georgia. This role supports complex concrete construction projects across data centers, power generation, and water facilities, with frequent site visits and coordination with field teams and leadership.

You will lead planning, budgeting, and execution from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and safety across multiple projects while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of direct experience in commercial concrete construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel to active project sites and work on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish with field teams, clients, and leadership.
• Plan, coordinate, budget, and execute projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Create and maintain project budgets, schedules, and critical path plans.
• Review labor costs weekly with Superintendents to ensure budgets are met and maintained.
• Ensure safety, productivity, and quality in line with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with operations on formwork, logistics, schedules, and budgets.
• Communicate regularly with clients to confirm plans, schedules, and expectations.
• Prepare and issue change orders, proposals, RFPs, and budgets; track progress and documentation.
