Job summary

Martin Concrete Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with Superintendents, field teams, clients, and leadership to plan, budget, and execute projects on time and on budget.

This on-site role based in Ladson, SC may require full-time assignment at job sites and travel as needed. Strong coordination and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in commercial concrete construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of concrete practices, formwork systems, means, and methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Work full-time from assigned job sites, coordinating with field teams, clients and leadership.
• Create and maintain project budgets, schedules, and critical path plans.
• Review project labor costs weekly to ensure budgets are maintained.
• Oversee project productivity, cost control, quality, and safety.
