Martin Concrete Construction is seeking a sharp and driven Project Engineer to join our Critical Projects Group supporting complex concrete construction projects, including data centers, power facilities, and water treatment plants. This role is based in the Kennesaw office, with potential full-time assignment at project sites and travel as needed.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working onsite at active construction projects, including full-time job site assignments and travel as needed.
• A clear and effective communicator with field teams, subcontractors, and project leadership.
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within the construction industry.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily activities to support critical concrete construction projects.
• Work from project sites, coordinating with field teams, clients, and leadership.
• Monitor labor, materials, equipment, and production onsite.
• Manage drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on pricing, POs, and deliveries.
• Assist with project scheduling and three-week lookahead planning.
• Track labor data, logs, and progress reports for cost control.
• Attend jobsite meetings and support inspections and closeout.
