Responsibilities include managing calendars, updating customers, and collaborating across teams to ensure projects stay on track. A background in customer service or coordination plus strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years of customer service or coordination experience.
• Excellent communication skills with homeowners and crews.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage crews' calendars to maintain an organized backlog and proactively reschedule to move projects forward.
• Serve as the main contact for homeowners and crews, providing updates and setting expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customers have an excellent experience and are set up for success.
