Job summary

AMERICAN HOSPITAL SERVICES GROUP, LLC in San Antonio, TX seeks a Project Manager I responsible for overall management control of technical performance, cost and schedule, and day-to-day operations including administrative and programmatic functions.

The role requires leadership to coordinate with the Prime Vendor, vendors, and internal teams, monitor execution, and deliver weekly status reports while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ management experience in a supervisory or project management position.
• Minimum two years’ experience in establishing and enforcing standards of performance, training employees, counseling employees, managing multiple projects, and reviewing administrative files.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management control for technical performance, cost and schedule.
• Serve as primary liaison with the Prime Vendor customer and manage relationships.
• Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with team members, vendors, and departments.
• Monitor and report program execution status and financials.
• Review and report project resources time allocation and invoicing.
• Identify risks and constraints and plan mitigation strategies.
• Provide weekly status reports on progress and issues.
