Job summary

WSB is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering complex civil and construction projects from initiation through completion.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and client communications while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance across in-office and field settings. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and proactive risk management to meet financial and service targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field from an accredited school.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in project management within the AEC industry
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of project delivery from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets; monitor progress and adjust to meet targets.
• Serve as primary client contact; manage expectations and relationships.
• Lead engineers, designers, and technicians; promote collaboration and accountability.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation; ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage contracts, subconsultants, and change orders; track invoicing and profitability.
